The purpose of this program is to assist entrepreneurs in Atlantic Canada to create a roadmap for their business and obtain financing through the collaborative development of a business plan.

This program is for entrepreneurs who are in the start-up phase or already have a business but do not have a formal business plan.

What’s included: 1 on 1 mentoring with a local business expert, including periodic meetings, a workshop to craft your pitch, financial projections, the development of a strategy for success, and the development of a Business Plan. 

Who should apply: local entrepreneurs and business owners in the start-up or operational phase of their business and who want a formal business plan developed.

The purpose of this program is to conduct a thorough review of all aspects of an existing operation and devise a plan to address the gaps. 

The business consultant will provide an objective assessment of:

1. Current performance, 

2. Key issues, and 

3. Future prospects. 

What’s included: 1 on 1 mentoring with a local business expert, including a site visit, periodic meetings, a workshop to devise a strategy to become more profitable, and the development of a Gap Action Plan. 

Who should apply: current business owners in Atlantic Canada who are beyond the business startup phase of their business and who want to experience growth.
